STATE PUBLIC DEFENDER ACT [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024]

19-6014.  Facilities. [effective july 1, 2024] A defending attorney is entitled to use the same state facilities for the evaluation of evidence as are available to the county prosecutor. If the defending attorney considers the use of the state facilities impractical, the court concerned may authorize the use of private facilities, to be paid for by the state public defender.
