CHAPTER 15

IDAHO FOREST PRODUCTS COMMISSION

38-1506.   staff, CHAIR, AND VICE CHAIR of the commission. (1) The commission may employ clerical or other staff who are not members of the commission.

(2)  The commission shall nominate and elect, by majority vote, a chair to serve as the presiding officer at all commission meetings.

(3)  The commission may nominate and elect, by majority vote, a vice chair to accept the duties of the chair in the event that the chair is unable to attend a commission meeting.

(4)  The term of office for chair and vice chair positions, if elected, shall be one (1) year, commencing on July 30 of each year.
