HOSPITALS

39-1305.  Inspections. The department shall make or cause to be made such inspections and investigations as it deems necessary. Any licensee or applicant desiring to make specified types of alterations or additions to its facilities or to construct new facilities shall, before commencing such alterations, additions, or new construction, submit plans and specifications to the department for inspection and approval or recommendations with respect to compliance with the regulations and standards authorized pursuant to sections 39-1301 through 39-1309, Idaho Code. The department recognizes the most recent edition of the facility guideline institute (FGI), guidelines for design and construction.
