HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT

39-4439.  LOCAL RESTRICTIONS ON HAZARDOUS WASTE facilities. An ordinance, permit requirement, or other requirement of a city or county shall not prohibit the construction of a hazardous waste facility in that city or county.
