FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICTS

42-3114.  Compensation of commissioners. The commissioners of the district shall fix by resolution the compensation they shall each receive for their services for each day they shall actually be engaged in the business of their office, and shall fix by resolution the reimbursement they shall each receive for their travel and their necessary expenses for each day they shall be away from their place of residence and engaged in the business of their office, subject to the limits provided in section 67-2008, Idaho Code. The commissioners shall present an itemized account under oath on forms prescribed by the board.
