CHAPTER 9

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ACT

46-912.  Rules. Emergency medical service rules that are in effect on July 1, 2025, shall remain in effect as if promulgated by the division and may be amended as necessary by the division consistent with chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, subject to legislative approval. Provided however, any authority to promulgate rules under this chapter shall be null, void, and of no effect on and after July 1, 2027.
