MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES
CHAPTER 21
STOP HARMS FROM ADDICTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA ACT
48-2106.  exclusions — waiver prohibited. (1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit in any way what content parents may show to their children.
(2)  Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit in any way, beyond limits imposed by other law, what results an online search engine may return in response to a query by a child.
(3)  A waiver or limitation of any prohibition, requirement, or right to remedies established by this chapter, by any minor or parent, is unlawful, contrary to public policy, void ab initio, and of no effect, and no court or arbitrator may enforce or give effect to any such waiver, notwithstanding any contract or choice-of-law provision in a contract.
