IDAHO STATE LOTTERY

67-7450.  Cap on administrative costs. During the first year of operation, administrative costs shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of lottery revenue. Thereafter, administrative costs shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of lottery revenue during any fiscal year. Advertising and promotional costs shall not exceed three and one-half percent (3 1/2%) of lottery revenue during any fiscal year.
