CHAPTER 6

STATE LANDS RESERVED FOR PUBLIC AIRPORTS

21-606.  Valley County — Lease of lands. The state board of land commissioners is hereby authorized to lease the lands described in section 21-605, for public airport purposes upon such terms and conditions as the board may determine best in the interest of the state and for such a term as said land shall be used for such purposes.
