CHAPTER 33

IDAHO RESIDENTIAL CARE OR ASSISTED LIVING ACT

39-3318.  Facility response to incidents and complaints. In addition to any other requirements of this chapter, the residential care or assisted living facility shall have a process in place to address incidents and complaints.
