PREVENTABLE DISEASES IN INFANTS AND NEWBORNS

39-904.  Statement in report of birth. Every physician or midwife shall, in making a report of a birth, state whether the ocular antibiotic prophylaxis described in section 39-903, Idaho Code, was applied to the eyes of the newborn.
