MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF DITCHES

42-1201.  definitions. As used in this chapter, "irrigation conduit" means a ditch, canal, lateral, drain, pipeline, or other surface channel or buried conduit that is used to convey water to the place of use for the purposes of irrigation or to provide drainage of irrigated land.
