CHAPTER 54

DRIVING BUSINESSES

54-5409.  CERTAIN ACTS PROHIBITED. The following acts shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor:

(1)  The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;

(2)  Permitting any person in one’s employ, supervision or control to practice as a driving instructor unless that person has complied with the provisions of this chapter;

(3)  Practicing or offering to practice any of the occupations defined in this chapter, unless licensed as herein provided; and

(4)  Maintaining or operating a driving business unless such business is licensed as herein provided.
