BACKGROUND CHECKS

56-2505 [56-2705].  application. The department shall conduct a fingerprint-based background check on any applicant required to undergo a background check pursuant to this chapter who submits an application and pays the accompanying fee. An applicant must disclose any pertinent information regarding disqualifying crimes or disqualifying records.
