1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE IDAHO STATE
3 CAPITOL COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004; LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME
4 EQUIVALENT POSITIONS; AND REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN UNEXPENDED AND UNENCUM-
5 BERED BALANCES.
6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
7 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Administra-
8 tion for the Idaho State Capitol Commission the following amounts to be
9 expended according to the designated expense classes from the listed fund for
10 the period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004:
11 IDAHO STATE CAPITOL COMMISSION:
12 FOR:
13 Personnel Costs $29,500
14 Operating Expenditures 69,700
15 TOTAL $99,200
16 FROM:
17 Capitol Endowment Income Fund $99,200
18 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho
19 State Capitol Commission is authorized no more than one-half (0.50) full-time
20 equivalent position at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June
21 30, 2004, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-
22 cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee
23 will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
24 SECTION 3. There is hereby reappropriated to the Department of Adminis-
25 tration for the Idaho State Capitol Commission the unexpended and unencumbered
26 balance of any funds appropriated by Section 1, Chapter 207, Laws of 2002, to
27 be used for nonrecurring expenditures only for the period July 1, 2003,
28 through June 30, 2004.
