  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE COMMISSION ON AGING FOR  FISCAL  YEAR  2004;  AND
  3        LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
  6    the Commission on Aging the following amounts, to be expended according to the
  7    designated expense classes from the listed funds, for the period July 1, 2003,
  8    through June 30, 2004:

 22        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission
 23    on  Aging  is  authorized no more than fifteen (15) full-time equivalent posi-
 24    tions at any point during the period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004,  for
 25    the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized
 26    by  the  Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified
 27    promptly of any increased positions so authorized.

This is the appropriation to the Commission on Aging for fiscal year 2004. The bill appropriates $4,481,400 from the General Fund, $6,873,200 from the Federal Grant Fund, and $35,000 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for a total of $11,389,600. Full-time positions are capped at 15.
