SENATE BILL 1118

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – BEER – Adds to existing law to provide that it shall be unlawful for a brewer to have financial interest in the business of a dealer or wholesaler of beer and to provide a one year exemption in the event of a termination, cancellation, discontinuance or failure to renew an agreement.
